Why we do what we do do do...

After a long time working for other people it dawned on us that we could be doing this for ourselves. But why? At a time where there seems to be nothing but bad news for breweries why branch out on our own? Because we love beer and all the possibilities it allows. So we sat down and we thought about what it is about beer that we love. And our answer: variety!

We love the variety of styles available; the variety of flavours on offer; the variety of people we come into contact with through our pursuit of beer. So thinking on this what we wanted to do as a brewery was bring variety to your palette.

We wanted to have a core range, to give our customers a sense of who we are, but didn't want to be limited by it so we kept it to one main beer. But it's a good one! Our one core product will Lully, a 100% Citra hopped session pale that is good for all occasions.

The rest of our range is just that: a range. We will be making IPAs, stouts, lagers, saisons, sours and anything else that tickles our fancy, all conceived with one eye on seasonality and one on what we love to drink and when we love to drink them.
