We’re opening a brand new brewery taproom in Wakefield and we’re looking for a Taproom Manager to lead it like it’s their own. This is a hands-on, people-first role for someone who loves great hospitality, cares about how a space feels and knows how to create a sense of connection.
You’ll be the on-site leader, embodying the Lost Cause way, setting standards, leading the team, working with street food partners and making sure every guest feels instantly at home. You’ll be confident talking about modern beer in a relaxed, welcoming way, calm when it gets busy and excited by the idea of building real community around a place.
