We’ve chopped and dropped 60kg of Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb from Cooks; local legends with over 50 years of growing history straight into this pale. The name? A nod to the eerie creaks and pops of rhubarb forcing sheds, where stems stretch out in the dark, coaxed to life by candlelight.
The result? A crisp pour with a lively sparkle, a zingy hit of rhubarb, and just enough sweetness to keep things balanced. Bright, refreshing, and effortlessly drinkable.
Wakefield realllllly loves rhubarb, and we wouldn’t be a proper Wakefield brewery if we didn’t make a rhubarb beer. So we thought, hey, let’s push that tender stem boat out and do THREE! The Triangle Series: three beers brewed with locally grown, tender Yorkshire forced rhubarb, grown right here in the heart of the Rhubarb Triangle.
